Who are Seventh-day Adventists? They're Christians who are members of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. They use the name "Seventh-day" because they observe the Sabbath on Saturday, the seventh day of the week, as instructed by Christ and as written in the Ten Commandments. They use the name "Adventists" because they believe in the Second Coming (Advent) of Christ. Seventh-day Adventists are people who take great joy in living according to Christ's example of sacrifice and humility. Seventh-day Adventists:
